How it works

Submit your bids:

  • In person on Saturday 2 December 2023 before 1.30 pm at Graffham Christmas Fair in the Empire Hall.
  • By email to graffhamchristmasfair@gmail.com before 6 pm on Friday 1 December 2023. If bidding by email, submit a separate email for each item and ensure you clearly indicate:
  1. The lot you are bidding for – include its name and number (eg A1 plus description).
  2. The amount you are offering (in whole pounds only – fractions of pounds will be invalid).
  3. Your first and family name.
  4. Your email address, telephone number and home address.

The status of each lot will be updated online regularly with the latest leading bid and bidder until Friday 1 December 2023 – so keep an eye on the lot listing pages by clicking on the links above or below.

You may increase your bid before the auction closes by submitting a fresh bid.

Successful bidders will be notified after the auction closes and advised then of options to pay.  Payment for items purchased must be made in full within seven days.  Arrangements will then be made to hand over the lot to the purchaser.

All proceeds will go towards safeguarding the future of Graffham’s historic, beautiful and peaceful St Giles Church and everything it does for the village – so please bid generously!

Thanks again to all the kind donors of the prizes – and good luck to all bidders!
